How will I know if I win?
When the auction closes at 8pm on Saturday, all winners will be immediately notified by text message and email which will include detailed instructions to "check out" and redeem items.
Since the auction is virtual, how will I physically obtain my item if I win?
We will be offering curbside pick-up to winners of physical items or packages on Monday's from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at Congreso's building located at 216 W. Somerset St. Philadelphia, PA 19133. Certificates and gift cards will be mailed. More details will be shared with winners at closing.
I mistakenly placed a bid, what do I do?

What happens if I place an item to "Auto Bid?"
If you choose this option and someone outbids you, the system will incrementally increase your bid for you up until a specific/maximum amount that you are able to manually set. If nobody outbids you, the current price level will remain.
